1. Purpose
ColchoAds Manager is an internal platform of ColchoAds intended for the agency team to manage and monitor the paid-advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) of the clients it serves.
2. Access and account
Access is restricted to authorized agency users, through email-and-password authentication. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Improper access or unauthorized sharing of credentials is prohibited.
3. Permitted use
The platform must be used exclusively for managing the campaigns of the agency's clients. It is forbidden to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the policies of the integrated advertising platforms (Google, Meta).
4. Third-party data
The data displayed belongs to the ad accounts of clients who authorized the agency to manage them. The handling of such data follows our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform displays data synced from the advertising platforms and may be subject to synchronization delays or outages of those platforms. Management decisions made based on the information displayed are the responsibility of the agency team.

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
