ColchoAds Manager

Internal tool used by ColchoAdsto centrally manage the paid-advertising campaigns of the agency's clients. It brings together, in a single place, the performance of the Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts that clients have authorized the agency to manage.

What the system does

• Consolidates campaign metrics from multiple clients and multiple ad accounts into single dashboards, avoiding the need to switch manually between dozens of ad managers.
• Calculates efficiency indicators (spend, results, cost per result) per account, per client, and per campaign, with time-period filters.
• Automatically syncs data from the advertising platforms once a day, always for the previous closed day.
• Allows a single ad account, used by different stores of the same owner, to be split per client for individual analysis.
• Runs automated audits comparing the stored data with the real values from the platforms to detect discrepancies.

How we use the Google Ads API

ColchoAds Manager uses the Google Ads API exclusively for read-only access to performance data from the ad accounts of clients who have authorized the ColchoAds agency to manage them. Specifically, the platform reads:

• the list of ad accounts the authenticated user has access to;
• the campaigns of each account and their status;
• per-campaign performance metrics (cost, clicks, impressions, conversions, and cost per result), aggregated by time period.

Authentication is handled via OAuth — Google asks the responsible user to authorize access; no Google password is stored by the platform. The system does not create, edit, or pause campaigns: usage is read-only, to display internal reports to the agency team. There is no write operation whatsoever on the ad accounts.

Who uses it

Access is restricted to the internal ColchoAds team (administrators and traffic managers). Each manager sees only the clients assigned to them. The data shown belongs to the ad accounts of clients who granted the agency permission to manage their campaigns.
